The fermenter is controlled by a specially written program to produce the exceptional rye sourdough starter. It is equipped with a control panel installed in the outer casing, where the data and stages of the process are entered. The tank is made of solid, ASI 304 stainless steel. The stirrer driven by a high quality transmission gear is a very significant element. The shape of the stirrer ensures perfect mixing. Setting of the speed and mixing time guarantees sourdoughs of the highest quality.
It is possible to tailor a tank to your individual needs to suit the available space in a small bakery.
